Due to the unique nature of luxury resale and our sourcing of rare, vintage, collectible, and pre-loved luxury pieces, RRVIVE LUXERIES LLC does not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once a purchase has been completed, except where required by applicable law.

Many of the pieces offered by RRVIVE LUXERIES are one-of-a-kind or available in extremely limited quantities. We encourage every customer to carefully review the item description, photographs, measurements, condition details, and other information provided before completing a purchase.

Condition & Expectations

Unless specifically stated otherwise, merchandise sold by RRVIVE LUXERIES may be pre-owned, vintage, or previously handled.

Pre-loved and vintage luxury items may naturally show signs of age, storage, handling, or previous use. These characteristics may include minor scratches, creasing, tarnishing, discoloration, hardware wear, interior wear, patina, marks, shape changes, or other signs consistent with the item's age and history.

We make every reasonable effort to accurately represent the condition of our merchandise through photographs, videos, descriptions, and condition disclosures. However, photographs may not capture every minor imperfection, and colors may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and your device.

Normal signs of wear consistent with a pre-owned or vintage item's age and use are not considered defects.

Returns or refunds will not be provided for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Change of mind or buyer's remorse

• Deciding the item does not suit your personal style

• Fit, sizing, measurements, strap length, or carrying preferences

• Personal interpretation of an item's condition when the condition was reasonably represented in the listing

• Normal signs of wear associated with pre-owned or vintage merchandise

• Color variations caused by lighting, photography, or screen displays

• Finding the same or a similar item elsewhere at a different price

• Changes in the retail or resale value of an item after purchase

• Failure to use, wear, or carry an item after delivery

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the available product information and agree to purchase the item in its represented condition.

Authenticity Guarantee

RRVIVE LUXERIES guarantees the authenticity of the luxury merchandise we sell.

Items may be professionally authenticated through trusted independent third-party authentication services when applicable. Authentication documentation or a Certificate of Authenticity may also be provided depending on the item and authentication service used.

RRVIVE LUXERIES LLC is an independent luxury reseller. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or an authorized retailer or representative of the designer brands whose merchandise we resell.

All trademarks, brand names, logos, and other intellectual property belong to their respective owners.

Order Cancellations

Because merchandise may be removed from our available inventory immediately after a purchase is completed, orders cannot be canceled after purchase.

Please verify your item selection, shipping address, billing information, and other order details before submitting payment.

RRVIVE LUXERIES reserves the right to cancel an order due to inventory discrepancies, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, payment verification issues, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the transaction. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Certain orders, particularly higher-value purchases, may require a signature upon delivery and may be shipped with insurance or other delivery protections.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, carrier delays or other transit circumstances outside the reasonable control of RRVIVE LUXERIES may affect the estimated delivery date.

Please contact us promptly if your tracking information indicates a delivery problem so that we can determine what assistance or carrier procedures may be available.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Materially Misrepresented Items

Please inspect your purchase promptly upon delivery.

If you receive the wrong item, or if your item arrives with significant damage that was not disclosed and is not attributable to normal pre-owned or vintage condition, please contact us at contact@rrviveluxeries.com within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Please include your:

• Order number

• Full name

• Description of the issue

• Clear photographs and/or video showing the item, packaging, and reported issue

Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee a refund or return. We will review the information provided and determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances and applicable law.

Do not wear, use, alter, clean, repair, remove tags from, or otherwise modify an item while a claim is under review.

Limited Exception — Store Credit Only

Although all sales are generally final, RRVIVE LUXERIES may, in rare circumstances and at our sole discretion, authorize a return for store credit only.

An exception is not guaranteed and must be approved by RRVIVE LUXERIES before an item is shipped back.

If a discretionary return is approved:

• The return must be initiated within 48 hours of confirmed delivery

• The item must be returned in the exact condition in which it was received

• All tags, accessories, authenticity documentation, dust bags, boxes, and other included materials must be returned

• The item must not have been worn, used, altered, cleaned, repaired, or damaged after delivery

• A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the approved store credit

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing

• The customer is responsible for securely packaging and returning the item using the shipping instructions provided by RRVIVE LUXERIES

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Approval of an exception for one transaction does not require RRVIVE LUXERIES to approve an exception for any future transaction.

Nothing in this policy is intended to restrict any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
